- How does Job360 works?
Job360 is special kind of job portal where employers can come in and post their jobs. The posted jobs are viewed by recruiting agencies and based on employers permission they start working on the requirement. If employer happens to like resume posted by agency, the employer can reward agency with Resume Acceptance Fee. An employer is allowed to clarify all the logistics about the candidate with agency/recruiter through our secure messaging service. - What is "Resume Acceptance Fee"?
It is a fee paid by employer to the recruiter for working on the requirement and presenting the best matching candidate. The Resume Acceptance Fee is not a placement fee.
- How Resume Acceptance Fee is different from Placement Fee?
Resume Acceptance Fee is a small fee paid by employer to the recruiter for submitting the best matching resume/profile for the requirement. Placement fee is the fee paid by employer upon hiring of the candidate. Typically Resume Acceptance Fee is in the range of $50-$200, while Placement fee is generally 20%-30% of the first year's base salary of the hired candidate. - Does employer is obligated to pay Placement Fee through Job360?
Asolutely, Not. Once the employer has paid the resume acceptance fee. The employer can directly deal with the candidate for further steps in hiring. In case of contract position, the employer may like to involve agency for temp hiring, which is outside the scope of Job360 and can be dealt independently between employer and recruiter. - Is there any fee to post the Job?
No Fee. The only time employer is paying when he/she happens to like the resume and decides to move to next step in hiring by contacting candidate. So, in order to view contact details he/she needs to pay Resume Acceptance fee. This fee amount is chosen by employer at the time of posting the job. - Does recruiter needs to pay any subscription fee?
No Fee. The recruiter gets 75% of the Resume Acceptance Fee for his/her accepted candidate. (Say $100 is the Resume Acceptance Fee for a Java based position. The recruiter would get $75 if his/her candidate is liked by the employer and employer pays the Resume Acceptance Fee ). - How does Job360 makes money?
Job360 gets 25% of the Resume Acceptance Fee. - Can an employer award fee to more than one resume?
Yes, If employer feels there are more than one potential candidate for the job. - Can an employer get the refund in case recruiter has given false resume or incorrect contact details?
Yes, After employer has paid the Resume Acceptance Fee there is a wait period of 15 days. Job360 confirms that employer is in recript of correct resume and contact details. Once we have received the satisfactory answer from employer, we make the funds ready for recruiter. If within 15 days employer complains that information given was not correct or was misleading, we investigate and black-list the recuiting agency, as well as refund the Resume Acceptance fee. The employer is given 15 days of time to report any claim, after 15 days the recruiter would be scheduled to get paid the Resume Acceptance Fee.
